Poor response to AI, IA sell-off drive

HC adjourns UTI petition against Rs 1,100 cr IT claim
Mumbai High Court adjourned until March 5 the petition filed by the UTI challenging notices issued by income tax department to file interest tax returns for last eight years which amount to more than Rs 1100 crore.




Tech funds NAV crashes 14% in one week
Thanks to heavy selling at the IT counters since mid-February, technology funds' NAV has eroded up to 14 per cent in just one week. During the period, software stocks received severe battering and BSE IT index fell by almost 15% against the Sensex's fall of 7.15%.
