Technical snag hits phone lines

PUNE, June 3: Thousands of telephones in Bhavani Peth and Nana Peth areas went dead for more than two hours due to a technical snag at the Mahadji Shinde Telephone Exchange this afternoon.According to Pune Telecom sources, the lines starting with the digits 64 and 65 went down around 3 pm.
